I am currently considering applying to transfer to Penn. Unfortunately, my stats aren't outstanding. At a top 15 university, I currently have a 3.56 GPA (after first semester). Although, I'm fairly certain that I'm going to do better this semester. Will those new grades be seen by admissions? Will the fact that I'm at a top school help balance out my poor GPA? Do I have any chance at Penn?
