Transfer credits from CC

<p>I have been accepted for Fall 2009 and am seriously leaning toward going to UM. I will be in the College of Engineering (Aerospace). I am thinking about taking a class or two over the summer at my local CC (in Virginia) to transfer a few credits. Does anyone have any experience with this? How good is UM about accepting credits from CCs? I have thought about getting my Chemistry class with lab out of the way if offered. Is this a bad idea? Should I just stick with a humanities or Social Science class?</p>

<p>I would think, you would need to first pay your enrollment deposit, then submit the Pre-Evaluation form for credits before you take the course.</p>
