<p>Would it be a bad idea to attend UMich-Flint and then transfer to Ann Arbor? I would be either a Political Science or Economics major. Im a senior in high school so I have time to weigh out the options. This would be a backup plan if I don't get into Ann Arbor (which I don't think I will) but I have a few questions....</p>

<li><p>What are the requirements for a transfer? (GPA, ACT, HS Transcript)</p></li>
<li><p>When is best to transfer, Sophomore or Junior year? (I heard summer applicants have higher admission rates because more competitive students apply in the fall, is this true?</p></li>
