<p>I am applying to UC for the fall as a transfer. I am a 2nd year at Northwestern but I have been screwing up in terms of grades and classes. I had to drop a bunch of classes even took 2 quarters off. My GPA is pretty bad a 2.46 at northwestern. </p>
<p>In high school, I got a 3.7, 1560 SAT's, ap scholar, national merit scholar.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips or anything that would help.</p>
<p>You do realize the courses at Chicago might be even tougher than the ones at NW right?</p>
<p>And that GPA really doesn't look too transfer friendly. I would try to bring it up before applying but you are a sophomore already so this may be your only chance. I can't say you have a great shot but its certianly worth a try. Afterall you are in one of the best colleges in America.....</p>
