So my dream school has always been Michigan State, but I didn't do much in high school and ended up with around a 2.7-2.8 GPA and was rejected. Anyway, I'm going to Carthage College, a small school in Wisconsin next year. While I'm very happy with this choice and am going in with an open mind, I don't know if I'm going to stay there because it just seems to small and I really want a big school with big time athletics. So does anyone know what kind of grades you need to transfer into MSU? And will my high school grades and test scores be used at all to factor into their decision? Thanks in advance.

Your high school GPA and SAT/ACT score might factor in a little bit, but most important is your college GPA for sure. I don't know exactly, but if you can get about a 3.5 GPA 1st year I'd say that you would have a very good chance of getting in. a 3.2+ college GPA and above and you have a decent shot. Good luck
