<p>quick question -- i have a friend who plans to transfer into the business school ASAP...hopefully BEFORE junior year but if it's junior year, then it'll have to do.</p>
<p>if he gets into smith junior year, can he still try out for the business honors program? i know it's too late for QUEST, but what about honors?</p>
