<p>So I'm gonna apply to Rochester as a transfer. And I've already scheduled an on campus transfer interview next week. I desparately wanna attend U of R cos its economic department is so reputated and its wide array of opportunities plus a relatively smaller size really attract me. I was wondering what kind of aspects the people at the admissions are particularly looking at when you're applying as a transfer. Is interview really important in the admission process? Is it not so great to express a super strong desire to attend U of R during interview cos it might hurt your chances? Any scholarship available for out-of-state? Any info will be helpful. And for ppl who are attending U of R, what's the social life there like?</p>
