Transfer Majors?

On the NEU portal, it says major change requests must be made 3 weeks prior to orientation, so time is not on my side right now.

I'm deciding to switch my major from pharmacy to business administration. Does anyone know how difficult it is (to switch it now, and during the school year?). I want to get into the business program, but both programs are significantly harder to make than regular admissions so I'm wondering since I already made the pharmacy program if the switch to CBA will be easy for me.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Where does it say that you need to submit the request before orientation? You can still change majors even once enrolled there, no?

I heard that it is significantly harder to transfer into the business program once school begins, so I want to give myself the best opportunity to get in.

But you do need to get the application in 3 weeks in advance of orientation?

It isn’t just switching majors, it’s switching colleges. If you wait until classes start (and maybe even if you wait until after you’ve signed up for classes at orientation, don’t know) you’ll have to go through the Internal Transfer process- and it is really hard to get into business.
