Transfer missing materials

I recently applied as a transfer student to a small women’s liberal arts college for the Fall semester. Fortunately, all the materials were received by the May deadline – all except my college report my current institution sent out twice already. The decisions are supposed to be realized on June 1. How much will this impact my decision? Will I automatically get rejected, even this is no fault of mine?

My school confirmed they sent it out and processed my request several weeks ago, and again last week, but I was told the school which I applied to has yet to receive anything! I’m sure decisions were already made granted they are going to be released in a couple of days, but I’m curious how much missing materials impacts admissions decisions or if any exceptions can be made (I tried to contact the school regarding this, but they gave me very vague responses; I just want to know what others think via CC forums).

When did you sent your transcript? Is there a grade below a C? Sometimes when that happens they don’t look at your application. Happened to me with Penn State. Had a D in calc 1 and weren’t able to review my application until I got a better grade. I got B so they are finally reviewing my application with the new transcript I sent from spring semester.

@NASA2014 No, I don’t have any grades below a C – or anything that would merit the admissions office refusing to look at what they already received, anyways. Also, they received my secondary transcript, mid-term report, college transcript a couple weeks ago (like May 11th?), but for some reason, they aren’t accounting my transfer college report or failing to receive it. I asked if they would look at what I already have, but they simply said they didn’t receive my report, which makes me think I’ll get rejected regardless.

Call them on Tuesday and see what’s going on
