Transfer now or later?

<p>Hi, I'm a international student who currently been enrolled at a business college in New york for 1 year. My question is if I should transfer now or wait and get an assiociate degree or transfer now which is best? My GPA right now is 3.9.</p>

<p>Is it possible to get into Upenn or Cornell with that? Also are there any required courses one should take before transfering? Is it harder/easier for a international student to get into? Alot of questions I know :) and I have alot more. Hehe...</p>

<p>Any clarity into these questions is much appreicated.</p>
