transfer options

What are the top 2-year BBA programs that would open more doors than a Michigan engineering degree would do for me in terms of Ibanking, S&T and consulting? i currently have a 3.5-3.6 gpa here.

I mean i know ross is good but it's 3 years and if I apply next year my undergraduate years would be 6 years..that'd be ridiculous. I dont mind doing one extra year of undergrad but two would be ridiculous. So I am looking for 2 year BBA programs. but obviously the only time it would be worth transferring is if it would open significantly more doors for my career goal compared to michigan engineering (and i do like business more than engineering at this point of my life).

thanks in advance

and you dont have to mention the work then get an MBA path. I’d much rather work in finance right after undergrad. I cant imagine myself being an engineer, that’d be miserable

What about VC or consulting? Finish the engineering degree, work a few years, get an MBA and then make the transition if you still want to.

So you’re a junior now? Did you apply to any summer analyst S&T positions at banks? You should look into getting an unpaid internship related to what you want to do, then use that to get a good full time S&T job. Michigan is a great school, so I’m not sure if its worth it to transfer.

i am still a sophomore, rising junior.
I only have a quant position this summer. I want IBD a lot more than a quant programming trader position, but it seems like that’s the only thing they are interested in us engineering students
