Transfer or fresh man MIT

Hello every one
I am an international student. I was lazy in high school but 4 years ago I feel sad when I read a book about physics. I love it!
I have 2,51 from 4 in high school. I improved my self and I enroled to Academic Program in stron college in my country I study Math and English and Chemistry, physics, and all physical scinces. All courses by English language I did 3.70 from 4 with second honor. I did A+ in Math and physical scince.
I would like to study EE in MIT or caltech. I can do well on Sat, Sat II and Toefl. I have money! I don't care about it I don't need scholarship from MIT ir any universities.
Whate is the best way to enrol to MIT, Caltech and Stanford, apply as freshman or transfeer from comunity college or any college?
Advice me please

You probably don’t have good enough grades to get into those colleges as a Freshman in Engineering. Even a 3.7 probably won’t do it. If you really want to go to MIT, CalTech or Stanford, I would suggest earning an Associate’s degree in pre-Engineering from a community college. If you have a 3.9-4.0 GPA and near-top-score SAT scores, you might have a chance to transfer.

You should also be looking for a, “Plan B” to major in EE at a college which is not at the very highest level in competitiveness.

Note my GPA 3.7 becuse I took B+ in English (8hours) but in Math and physical scince I did full marks A+.
I am in Boston what is better enroll to Bunker hill community college or Wentworh Institute of Technology?
I can get recomandation from who donats to MIT (Businessman) is it benefit?
