<p>How difficult/easy is it to transfer from CC to an other OUT-OF STATE university/college (state/private)? Are there any TAG's or other agreements? What do you think? Are there any states where this plan is easier to process?</p>
<p>Example: Green River Community College, WA --> UCLA, Berkeley, Davis, USC</p>

<p>OOS to any of the UCs is going to be both difficult and expensive.</p>
<p>Privates are different, they generally don’t consider state of residency. Some do have articulation agreements w/CCs. USC does, but only with CCCs I believe.</p>

Well, the tuition will be expensive anyway, because I am an international student. You mean the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) ?</p>

<p>That is a critical piece of information that will affect any question you have about college admissions, so it would be helpful to other members if you always state that up front.</p>
