Hi all,
This is my first post on this site and I am sorry if I am posting in the wrong section. I am currently a Freshman at Franklin and Marshall college (F&M) and would like to transfer out for next year. I do not like the school as a whole or the way the students are treated. I am looking for a little bit of a larger school that would allow me to have more opportunities upon graduation. Many say a 3.3 at F&M is like a 3.7 anywhere else but I do not believe this logic and I don't think most employers would either considering many have not even heard of F&M. I would like to follow my passion as an automotive engineer which has led me to want to look at schools like Clemson. I know it is significantly larger but it has one of the best programs and feel like it would be able to provide more opportunities compared to where I am. I would really appreciate some contributions as to what other schools I should be looking at. I do not want to go down a level academically but returning to F&M is not something I foresee in my future. Thank you so much for any help you guys can provide. (Sorry if there are a lot of grammatical/spelling mistakes. Very tired...)
