<p>Is it easier to transfer between specialized schools...more specifically, is it easier to transfer into the SFS coming from the elliot school at GW /American University's School of International Affairs/ Carleton University's Norman Paterson School of International Affairs/ Johns Hopkins Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies..... (so of those are only graduate schools but u get the idea?)</p>
