*Georgetown Transfer Question/Nspeds*

Is it easier to transfer between specialized schools...more specifically, is it easier to transfer into the SFS coming from the elliot school at GW /American University's School of International Affairs/ Seton Hall's School of Diplomacy and IR...etc...

i love it how all georgetown related questions are directed to nspeds. he should might as well work for their admissions committee or something.. hehe.

is nsped going to georgetown? i thought he was going to Uchicago...

What exactly is needed to have the SFS as a "match" for a transfer candidate?

Mojojojo69, yes he is. I thought he was accepted as a transfer to UChicago.

he already is a student at georgetown. he got accepted to uchicago for this upcoming fall, but i don't think he's going.

Nein.

UChicago hat mich akzeptiert, aber ich werde nach Georgetown im Herbst gehen.

Tschüss!

lol nice...wrong time to ask him a question i guess

What did he just say?

(specifically, the last word)

I dont know about that last word, but he said

No.

UChicago accepted me, but I will go to Georgetown in the fall.

I'm so glad this thread is here!

I have a question about housing right now. I know GTown has some great on-campus apartments as well as the standard dorm. As a transfer student, would it hurt me socially to be in one of those on-campus apartments or will I be able to meet people just as easily as if I were in an upperclassman dorm?

Das ist egal, weil die Wohnung n

That is no matter, because the dwelling is closer at the university. Actually, the dwelling is before the gates of Georgetown.

Damn I'm good.

www.freetranslation.com

lol or dictionary.com offers a translation service

haha I had to use a translation website for that, but I really appreciate the answer. Instead of just location, is it easy to meet people in apartments. Obviously, I should get to know whoever my roommates are and I just assumed that 3 roommates would be better socially than just 1 in a dorm. I don't know, I called the housing office and they said that they had me down as preferring an apartment over a dorm and I don't know if I should keep it that way.
