transfer question

<p>Does Cornell require transfer applicants to submit mid-term grades for second semester? I dont see a form on the common app, but im not sure if they expect us to make our own former or something?</p>

<p>yes, though I had a form for mine. Perhaps call up admisions and ask them what to do.</p>
