Hi
I'm applying to Texas A&M for spring 2011 as a transfer student. I don't have 24 transferable hours by the deadline but I will have by the end of this semester.

What are my chances of getting in?

you will get an automatic rejection letter with a note to submit your transcript when you have completed your hours for reconsideration.

aww :(((((

They will reconsider you for admission once they see your transcript with the completed hours. Don’t give up. It is just automatic, you do not have the required 24 hours to even be considered.

I went through the same thing when I applied for Fall 2010. During the Spring when I applied (Had 18 credits), I was currently working on getting the credits I needed to actually be accepted.

I received the rejection letter and had to wait until I finished the semester to rush my most recent transcript.

I did this all during the summer (Spring -> Fall), I don’t know how this is between Fall -> Spring because there is so much less time between the semesters.
