My current units is 42 or 47.

I got ESL5 and EWRT1A. It can be taken only one but I took both of them. So I am not sure ESL5 is counted with 47 or if not, 42 units.

And I finished the Golden four classes, which are mostly important.

I heared after next spring quarter, A.A degree is required with transferring. Is it true?

I am planning to apply for CSU in this Fall, so is it ok to apply for them with 42 units?

and untill spring quarter, I hope to take all requirements, but if I complete like 80 or 85 units not 90 units, can schools still accept me?

It looks like you are in the California system. Are you at one of the Community Colleges? If so, pay a visit to the advising office. They will be able to answer all of your questions.

Are you attending a Calif CC on the semester system?

I think you need to have an AA to transfer to a CSU or UC.

Be careful that you don’t end up with too many units (credits) otherwise it will hurt your aid when you transfer (if you’ll be getting any aid.)

You need to meet with a Calif CC transfer advisor to check on requirements AND limitations for qualifying for aid if you have too many units.

You need to find out if you have 42 credits or 47 credits. Do NOT take too many units this next year. If you can get earn your AA this Fall semester, then do so.

It is NOT a good idea to have 70+ units from a CC. Again, it can hurt your Calif aid when you transfer. Once you’re a senior, you may not get funded.
