<p>Is it possible to transfer from the School of Arts and Science to the School of Engineering for a transfer student entering as a sophomore? Are transfer applicants eligible to apply for dual degree programs? And does Upenn students have access to the music courses that the Curtis Institute of Music offers or maybe something like an exchange program? Thank you so much!!!:)</p>
