<p>Does anybody know when they start making scholarships decision for admitted transfer students??? Any experiences and say regarding scholarships are welcome.</p>

<p>I am transferring from a community college in Houston. I am an international student on VISA. A scholarship of $1000 or more would waive my out of state fee.</p>
