I'm going to send transfer applications in the fall. I had a few questions on my two choices (University of Rochester and Indiana University Bloomington) and was hoping for possible recommendations on colleges I should apply to.

My criteria for in a college is a good language program offering Chinese (plus Korean hopefully), a variety of study abroad options offered, a good political science program, theater (not musical) opportunities offered for non-majors in theater, diversity on campus, and a student body that is large but not overwhelmingly so. Does anyone know of college that match my criteria?

My questions on the University of Rochester (which meets all my criteria perfectly) are how hard is it to transfer into because I know that it is a highly regarded college? Also as a transfer student do they offer financial aid and how much on average do they offer?

My questions on Indiana University Bloomington are: Can a transfer get into their honors college (I have a high gpa)? What are the benefits to their honors college? Does going to a college so big make you feel like just a number? Are there any theater opportunities offered for non-majors? Finally, as an out of state student how are they with financial aid?

Thanks to everyone who helps, I'm really hoping to making the right decision this time.
