Transfer Student Question

I recently got accepted to USF as a transfer student but I'm still not sure if I want to attend.
(I applied to UCF and FSU but still waiting to hear from them)

I want to know whether its easy to meet new people there? I've read online that its mainly a commuter campus I feel like campus is always going to be dead.

What are some good/bad things about it? I haven't visited the campus, i've just seen videos online.

Also, I'd probably stay in Cypress B. How is it?

Living on campus you will meet people. Join an organization and you will meet even more. It’s a very vibrant diverse campus and the students are great. That being said if all you do is go to class and go straight home of course you won’t meet anyone. Any campus will be as lonely as you make it. pick the school you felt more at home on their campus.

I went to both UCF and USF. UCF for my first two years of undergrad and then USF for the last two years… and planning on staying at USF for my Grad. I’d have to say overall, I like USF far better than UCF. I could not STAND UCF. I actually commute from Orlando to USF and after being there for only a semester so far I’ve already met a few people. USF as a whole seems to be a lot friendlier (at UCF I just felt like it was a bother to talk to people). One of the girls I met actually lives in Cypress B and she says she loves it. Hope it helps a little!
