Transfer student- where should I live?

So, I'm probably transferring to Rutgers this fall, and I'm not sure which campus I want to live on. I'm torn between Cook and College Ave, although College Ave is probably full at this point. Does anyone know if transfers go through a different process for housing or anything? I don't think I'll be living in a freshman dorm (I would technically be in my second semester of college in the fall, but I'm assuming I don't count as a freshman. I could be wrong, though.) Anyway, I'm wondering if I should live on Cook or College Ave. I want to major in animal science, so most of my classes will probably be on Cook, but College Ave seems like a lot more fun. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

its more based on availability honestly. like most people request to live on college ave but dont get it because theres no room. cook is really only like 5 mins away from college ave anyway so taking the ru bus there wouldnt be too bad.
