Transfer Texas Tech to UT-Arlington for Electrical/computer engineering

Hello people, I am in kind of a pickle here. I recently enrolled to Texas Tech in spring as a transfer. TTU only transfered 50 of my original credit hours. While Initially when I had applied to Arlington, they had told me I had 80 transferrable credit hours, but will need evaluation based on my major.

Now I am thinking of reapplying to UT arlington, as I feel if they transfer more than what TTU transferred, I could possibly save 1-2 semesters.

How will you rank UTA against TTU for Engineering. Will the time saved be worth going from TTU to UTA? I heard that UTA has a lower ranking than TTU. How much will this matter?

Will I have a better chance to get a job from TTU or UTA (based on the schools reputation). Will staying 1-2 extra semesters at TTU payoff??

Please let me know yalls opinions, I am really confused.

I dont think there is a big difference between those programs.
