Transfer to Boston University

I'm a Sophomore at Belmont University in Nashville TN. Weighted high school GPA of about 3.6. Was an A and B student my first semester in college, A B student second semester with two classes that I got a C- (I slacked... bad me) but I'm studying hard this semester and getting all As and Bs. I'd estimate by the end of this semester I'll have a 3.1 or 3.2 college GPA. I scored a 31 on the ACT. Won't need any financial aid from BU. I have a lot of volunteer work and job experience. I'm a Biology major with the intention of going into genetics research.

Basically, am I a lost cause? I really want to go to BU in the fall of 2013.

Also I took loads of APs in high school and got 3s and 4s on all of them.

My volunteer work involves:
3 years at a humane society (I still dedicate a few hours a week)
I tutored undereducated people seeking their GED at the local YWCA (a women's shelter) over the summer and most of my Senior year in high school
I tutored inner-city children for a semester

My leaderships include: Camp counselor at a Lego camp over the summer before my Freshman year of college.
This is work and leadership but I interned at the Nashville Metro Health Department. I would go around the county trapping mosquitoes, then determining their species. If they were the right species I would sex them (only the females bite) and we would test them in the lab for West Nile Virus. If a West Nile positive bug was found we would go on the local news and warn the community, as well as provide safety tips about mosquitoes and West Nile.

Since my Junior year in high school I have worked as a receptionist at a radiology practice, working up to 15 hours a Saturday.
