Transfer to BU

Hi,

I just finished my freshman year at a liberal arts college in Boston. I want to transfer to BU, but not sure if I hurt my chances. First semester I did decent and got a 3.4 second semester I partied a lot and got a 2.8. I want to apply this fall for transfer into the spring, but what are my chances now. I have strong EC’s and letters of rec as well. Thanks to anyone who replies!

A 2.8 will seriously hurt your chances. You may want to wait to apply for Fall 2018 and get a 4.0 next semester. BU is not looking for students who put partying first.
