Georgetown and Hopkins are pretty tough, but you seem to be pretty well off (test scores/grades). I'd try to raise the GPA higher if I were you. Georgetown is known for their International Affairs programs, so make sure you'll seem like a good candidate.

List your classes at Georgia Tech.

In fall,
English I (3)
Introduction to International Relations (3)
Ethics in International Affairs (3)
Principle of Microeconomics (3)
Wellness (2) - school requirement for graduation

In spring
English II (3)
Great Power Relations (3)
One history Class (3) - Probably european history
Calculus I (4)
Principle of Macroeconomics (3)
Orientation to International Affiars (1)

For ECs, I am in SFC (student for Christ), and am active in my church.

That may help when it comes to a sectarian school like G-town.
