Confusion. Advise me guys and ladies

I am a freshman at Georgia Tech.
I major in Economics and International Affairs.
I am just interested in studying in international politics, but my school offers above program, so I decided to take econ, too. Recently, I have been thinking about my school presitge as a liberal arts school. Although professors are intelligent and know what they are teaching, the reputation kinda bugs me right know. When I looked up the ranking for Econ (no ranking for IA), Tech was not on the top 100 while Emory was 50 and UGA was 60~70. Before I decided to go to Tech, I applied to Johns Hopkins, Georgetown, and Tufts, but I was rejected from all three. Due to the 'rejection' and the financial situation, I decided to go to Tech (no money from my pocket this semester!!!). But now, I am thinking about transfer. So advise me on this matter.

PS... I don't like studying Econ, but I think it's helpful to my career in the future, so I am studying it. But my real interest is International Affairs. But there aren't many schools that provide that program. So I wonder whether political science is similar to international affiars. If so, tell me some schools that has prestigous and good program. I will not bother myself to apply to Harvard, Yale, and Stanford. I am thinking about re-applying to UGA and Emory (schools that I decided not to go), possibly, JH, Georgetown, and Tuft (those three I am not sure yet).
So, what are some suitable schools for me?
Also, when give me th school list, I want you to give me schools that provide good financial support.
And I am taking five clases, I think I can get 3.4 or above. (Hopefully)
Thank you for reading my quite long post, and thank you more if you give me some feedback.
