Hi, im a freshmen at stony brook university with a parallel curriculum to both AEM and ILR and i want to transfer to Cornell for my junior year. I'm hoping to get a 3.6-3.7 by the time i apply. I'm a economics major right now and im interested in CAS (economics), AEM, or ILR. Please tell me which one i have a good shot and which one i don't. I'm hoping to get 2 recommendations at stony but classes are big so professors don't really know me that well however i am taking classes over the summer at a community college near my house and i was wondering if it matters which schools the recommendations come from matters. As of now, im in community service club and i'm joining the environmental club. And over the summer i'm volunteering at my church. Please chance me and tell me what i can do to get accept easier.

take SAT

apply to ILR

take SAT again if needed

Get recommendations from home school, not a community college over the summer.

Do u think i’ll have a good chance of getting in? and i thought SATs don’t really matter since i’m planning to go for my junior year.
