Hello,

I'm an English major in The College of New Jersey, about to start my third year there in August. I like my school; the classes are good, it's close to home, and extremely cheap. Sadly, because of work, my parents are considering moving to North Carolina... If they do go through with the move, my tuition will increase dramatically. Not only will I become an Out-of-state student, but I will also have to pay for housing and meal plans, something that as a In-state commuter I don't have to worry about. Naturally, in order to avoid paying such high costs, if my parents go through with the move, I intend to go with them and attend a school in North Carolina.

Here is the problem: I'm already a Junior, and I imagine TCNJ's requirements are very different from the requirements in other schools. I don't want to spend another year in college. I want to graduate in two years, and then go to Canada to attend the Vancouver Film School...

My questions are: Is there any way I can find out if the courses I took while at TCNJ match other school's requirements, so I won't have to worry about staying in school for another year? What are the best, and cheapest, 4 year English programs in North Carolina?
