Transfer to the University of Houston

<p>Hi, I'm currently a student at Texas Southern University majoring in Chemistry. I was wondering what were my chances of transferring to the University of Houston for Fall 2014. I'm currently in the second year of college. My freshmen year I attended Sam Houston State University and transferred to TSU for Fall 2012 after my transfer to UH was denied. I was desperate to get out of SHSU so I just took the TSU transfer, and now I regret it. My high school GPA was a 2.9 with a ACT score of 25. My college GPA so far is 3.0, I've taken Chemistry 1&2, Organic Chem 1&2, Biology 1&2, Physics, Calculus, Computer Science 1&2, History 1&2, Government 1&2 and English 1&2. I wanted to know what were my chances of getting into UH in my third attempt, first being Freshmen Admissions and second being Transfer Fall 2012. Does the school keep track in how many times I've applied? thanks</p>
