Transfer to top womens colleges?

<p>How hard is it to transfer to top womens colleges like those in the Seven Sisters ? I cannot find stats anywhere. THANKS</p>

<p>You may want to ask this in the Women’s Colleges Sub-forum. There is a link to it at the top of this forum. If you can’t find anything there, it is OK to email the admissions offices at each of the colleges and ask about transfer admissions.</p>

<p>Smith and Mt. Holyoke recruit every year at my local community college, and Bryn Mawr has just signed 2-2 agreements with two Philadelphia-area community colleges, so clearly it isn’t impossible to transfer in.</p>

180 women applied, 47 were admitted (26%)</p>

<p>Bryn Mawr College:
145 applied, 22 were admitted (15%)</p>

<p>Mount Holyoke College
269 applied, 128 were admitted (48%)</p>

<p>Barnard College
480 applied, 114 were admitted (24%)</p>

<p>MOunt Holyoke looks like a pretty good bet, assuming you have the grades.</p>

<p>College Board’s college search page - Admissions tab - has that infor on the bottom. For Smith 300 applied, 109 admitted, 63 enrolled (not sure what year the data is taken from, hopefully most current available.)

<p>You just have to be careful with the CB timelines. There is a lag between when the colleges publish their CDS’s and when CB gets it loaded.</p>
