hello,

Is it possible to transfer from my university to U.S. college? will I be eligible for financial aid?
My high school gpa is very low (3.2) and I won't have to skip one year if transfer is possible and I would have gpa close to perfect than (I am very determined). Could you please provide
me with more additional information? I could not find explicit information

thank you

Many colleges and universities in the US are happy to admit international transfer students. You do have to ask each college or university about its own admission policy. One good place to start learning about admissions in the US is [EducationUSA | Study Abroad, Student Visa, University Fairs, College Applications and Study in the U.S. / America](http://educationusa.state.gov/)

This is the hard part. Many schools do not give FA to Intl. applicants and have limited, if any, merit based aid. And in general, there is less FA for transfer than for fr students. Most of the schools that do give good FA to Intl. students are the most difficult to gain admissions to.

Do some research here on the Intl. Students and the FA & Scholarship forums. For details on how specific schools deal with admissions and FA for transfer Intl. students, go to the college websites.
