Transfer to UC with IGETC options

So I have been attending a CC for the past few semesters and I'm interested in transferring to UCD or UCB with the intent of pursuing a degree in the biological sciences. I have 45 completed UC-transferrable units and will be able to fill out my IGETC in one more semester. Now the issue is, I have not completed any lower-div courses for any science majors. This is partially because I have been fairly indecisive about exactly what I wanted to do up until now and because my initial counseling session was not as helpful as it could have been.
What I'm wondering is how I could transfer with a completed IGETC as quickly as possible with a reasonable chance of admission and the ability to eventually achieve my goal of a bio-sci degree. It would take three more years to fulfill the prerequisites for a transfer in any science but I would prefer not to spend much more time in community college.
I very easily could fulfill the prereqs for an anthropology degree very quickly, however I don't really see myself doing that in the long run.
What would be a recommended course of action for my situation?

If you at least did math up to calculus 2, two semesters of general chemistry, and two semesters of biology, you could easily transfer if your GPA is high enough. I know a lot of people that transferred into biology or biochemistry programs without organic chem or physics completed. I doubt you’d be accepted anywhere for science without any prerequisites.

Well, I really don’t have any science prerequisite classes. I’m really tempted to transfer with my major anthropology. Whether I’d stick it out is in question. I mean, changing majors late wouldn’t be a big issue would it?

Changing majors when you get to UC? I think that might be an issue, especially since you have 0 prereqs done. You should either, go to uni as an anthropology major and stick it out as one or stay at CC finish your prereqs and apply as a bio major. Don’t bank on changing majors, it probably won’t happen.
