Transfer To UCLA/Cal!!Please HELP!!

I am an international students in my senior year and I just got rejected by UCLA and Cal but admitted to UCSD(majoring in maths/econ).
As UCLA (or Cal)has always been my dream school, I am considering transferring to UCLA(or Cal), like during year 2/3. Should I go to the Community Colleges like Foothill/ De Anza or I should go to UCSD , and then transfer to UCLA(or Cal)? Will there be a bigger chance if I go to UCSD instead of the CC?

Also, will companies in US like to separate out graduates who are from CC then Uni and those are in the 4-year college since freshmen when considering the employment?Sorry if my question sounds confusing.
Thanks a lot!!

Go to a CC and increase your chances at a higher gpa, a 3.8 and some volunteer work should get you in. Plus it’s cheaper, way cheaper. I do not believe employers will care if you attended a CC or not, they will look at your graduate school. And someone correct me if I am wrong but I believe I read that it is very difficult transferring from a UC to a UC. Everything I just said aside, UCSD is still a great school. If you have the money just go and don’t be so picky; San Diego is a pretty cool area.

@Thanatos23 Thanks for the advice!!
