Transfer to UCLA w/ Cognitive Science then switch to Computer Science?

I'm currently a CC student finished my first year and currently doing a summer session. My GPA before the summer session is almost a 3.3. This summer session should be able to bring it close to 3.4 and I'm hoping to get between a 3.5-3.6 by Fall Quarter.

I will be able to get all of the UCLA Cognitive Science Pre-Req's done as well as IGETC and TAP.

My EC's are super strong:
- Community Service/Leadership Gap-Year Abroad
- High-Level position in student government for one quarter w/ award
- 4-year Youth Group membership during high school
- Honor's Program at my School
- Work Part-Time

I would love to transfer to UCLA with Computer Science (in fact I'd like to transfer to a few other schools for CS--UCSB, UCD, UCSD or possibly USC). However, I won't be able to get all the physics classes done to fulfill that pre-req.

My current plan is to apply with TAG to all UCs for Computer Science, and apply with TAP for Computer Science with second choice Cognitive Science.

Since cognitive science is not impacted, I was wondering if my chances are high to be accepted for this major?

I'm worried that the only school I'll be able to be accepted to will be UCLA, what can I do to increase my chances of getting into the other UC's (preferably UCSB or UCD)?

I would be able to complete all the pre-req's if I stayed at CC for an extra year (total 3), but living at home and going to a CC is getting me depressed, so I'm trying to avoid that option at all costs.

Would love any suggestions, chances, tips, from you guys! Much appreciated.

I don’t know any of the answers to your truly pressing questions, but I have a Q of my own: Why would you be worried about ONLY getting accepted to UCLA? Am I incorrect in believing that it’s a better school than both SB and Davis?

Yeah you’re ****ed Doron.

Who?

Well obviously I don’t want to put all my eggs in one basket. That is why I’m worried. Just wondering what other people think about this, from experience or otherwise.

They changed it so you are only allowed to TAG to one UC
