Transfer to UCSD

<p>Hi guys. I am a four year university student out of state.</p>

<p>My question is: Is it possible to transfer to UCSD with less than 60 credit hours?
because I am not a resident in California. I have AP courses registered and currently have a 3.4ish GPA.</p>
