Hey guys, I am currently a freshman at UIC trying to transfer for University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) for fall of 2011 as a Sophomore into LAS. By the end of freshman year I will have about 30 credits completed. My major is Mathematics with a minor in physics.

My stats for the end of freshman year at UIC (University of Illinois at Chicago):

GPA 4.0 / 4.0

AP Credit for AP Calculus AB (Calculus I)
Calculus II
Calculus III
Composition I and II
General Chemistry I
Sociology 100
Calculus Based Physics
Completed Language requirement for LAS at U of I and UIC because of 4 years of Spanish in high school.

My high school record is average:

GPA 3.35/4.83
ACT: 22
I was part of several sports teams and clubs.

(Some information would be helpful that I was rejected from U of I because I applied in their ENGINEERING program freshman year. I knew I was going to get rejected, but tried anyway. I switch my major to Mathematics.)

So apparently all of these credits transfer to U of I. So do I have a chance of getting into U of I in the fall of 2011 as an incoming Sophomore?
