Transfer to UMich LSA or stay at MSU Lyman Briggs?

Hey guys, I'm currently a freshman at MSU Lyman Briggs and I've been questioning whether I should transfer to Michigan LSA or not. I have 40 credits in total, 28 from AP's, and 12 from this first semester.

First semester classes (all 4 credits each): Physics I (3.5), Intro to HPS (writing course for Lyman Briggs students; 4.0), and Intro to Psych (2.5).
Cum GPA: 3.333
College EC's: CIUS (indian organization), Spartan Zaariya (competitive Bollywood dance team), and CHYK (Hinduism study organization)
Major/Track: Physics/Pre-Medicine

High School GPA: 3.58 weighted
Plenty of EC's but took leadership positions mainly senior year and tennis for 3 years

Considering psychology really screwed up my GPA for the first semester, and an okay high school career, I'm just really nervous about whether or not I'll get in as a transfer to Michigan. Please reply with any unbiased comments, concerns, or tips!

Why do you think that Michigan will be better for you, especially if it seems like you might not be sure about your major?

From the beginning, Michigan was where I really wanted to go, but I was rejected last year. I feel that LSA has a better reputation in comparison to MSU, and that getting a degree from Michigan would be worth more in the long run. And I am sure about my major, physics and pre-med, I’m just not sure as to whether Michigan is a better way to go or are there benefits of staying at MSU.
