Transfer to USC as a sophomore

Hi,
I'm an international student in a community college in north California (Diablo valley college), and I would like to transfer to USC, Miami U, U of Texas, or UPenn (but I think it will be impossible) next fall (13). My major is business and I'm pretty sure that I'll get all As this semester I'll plan to enroll a sport team and an honor club. How is it hard to transfer as a sophomore to these universities ? Or should I wait the junior year ? I will have more than 30 credits at the end of spring (like 16now+19 in spring).
Thank you.

USC - Sort of hard.
University of Miami - Your chances are good.
University of Texas - Somewhat easy.
University of Pennsylvania - Impossible. Double impossible for business.

For more details, see CollegeBoard.

If you check the Wharton’s page, it says they seldom accept Junior transfer.
So, your only chance is to apply as a Sophomore transfer.
And you can definitely try twice, now as a sophomore and later as a junior.

For USC, why is it hard ? what do I need more to have good chance ?
Thank you very much for your answer.
