Im currently a freshman at UTD and I'll probably have a 3.7-3.8 by the end of the semester. I took 13 hours this semester and Im going to take 15 next semester. What are my chances?</p>
<p>I am still a high school senior applying to UT Austin in the fall, and from what I understand UTD does NOT have CAP, so I believe you are qualified for a transfer if you have 30 hours and a minimum of 3.8 to transfer.</p>

Are you sure? Where did you hear that? Ive never heard that before ever on here has been saying a 3.5 or above should be sufficient to get the liberal arts school.</p>
<p>3.8 not a 3.5. liberal arts however is a less impacted major. so i dont know how it works there. sorry that’s all that I know.</p>
