I just finished my first semester at Wake Forest with a 3.6 GPA. My high school GPA was 3.8 unweighted and 4.6 weighted and my ACT score was a 28. I was the president of the debate team, academic team, and in National Honor Society along with being captain of the tennis and wrestling team. In college I participate in Model UN and College democrats with a intended double major in political science and psychology. After my second semester in which I'm finishing my liberal arts requirement with easier courses (getting the hard courses out of the way with a 3.6) I'm almost 100% confident i can pull my GPA up to a 3.7 or so to finish my freshman year. I want to go to a top 10 law school but I don't like the environment of Wake Forest because it's depressing and there is not much to do in good old Winston Salem. I wanted to transfer to a more vibrant campus while maintaining a good academic reputation and these three schools have the highest transfer rates.
