I am currently a sophmore at Franklin and Marshall College

My HS career was not as strong, I expect to continue in an upward trend. I expect roughly a 3.7 GPA this semester.

I have a 3.3
my Sat scores are M-800, V-620, W-650.

I volunteer every week, am part of a few clubs - nothing substantial, work 10 hours a week.

I think my essays are good(but what does that mean), expect to contribute much more to them in the near future.

Im looking to transfer to Wake Forest: great school, great campus, great location, great student body, breat extra curriculars and professional connections.

I am curious if I stand a chance.

I am also looking at ND, Sewanee, Vanderbilt, Emory, Occidental, Emory, Lehigh, and lafayette. If anyone could tell me if im overshooting or am aiming close to the truth I would appreciate any advice you could give me.

I would appreciate any help and advice you could give me.

I, too, am looking to transfer to Wake Forest from UNC-Chapel Hill. Good luck! I need to finish the application.

I go to Wake now. I can say that we've got a very high transfer acceptance rate (comparatively) due to the high attrition rate here. A lot of kids I know have transfered or are transferring out.

where do the kids who transfer out, go?

Notre Dame is unlikely, as are Emory & Vanderbilt. The others should accept you. Of course, if you are seeking financial aid, transfer students are last in line. It is difficult to assess your chances as you offer no reasons for your transfer from, or reasons to transfer to, each school. Your post suggests that you just want out of Franklin & Marshall College. Usually this is not enough to transfer to a "most selective" category school.

my school according to US news is most selective. But what does that actually mean. Is wake forest is a most selective college. Of course I am trying to make my essays as strong as possible.

You need to provide a compelling reason for the shift -- what is it that you feel makes Wake Forest a better fit? I know you stressed the great campus, location, students etc. but that description could fit almost essay. What is it that specifically turns you on to their school? What are you not getting at F&M that you'll get here?

If you can put it in a convincing statement, I would think you'd have at least a decent chance.

Best of luck :)
