Transfer to Wharton as Incoming Junior Questions?

So I have a few quick questions about the requirements to transfer into Wharton. I looked at their website page listing the prerequisites and I saw this at the bottom:

“It is also recommended that all applicants satisfy Wharton’s foreign language requirement by the time they enroll at Penn. The requirement is equivalent of two semesters of college-level language courses and can be fulfilled by either completion of coursework or appropriate placement scores.”

Has anyone successfully transferred to Wharton WITHOUT completing two semesters of college language courses? Since it is “recommended” and not required, does it make that big of a difference?

And what about financial aid? Does Penn cover most tuition fees for transfer applicants?

Please help! Thank you!

I didn’t have my language requirement satisfied and I transferred into Wharton, so I would say it doesn’t make any noticeable difference. Actually, a lot of other transfers I know didn’t have it either.

Financial aid for transfers is no different than for freshmen admits.

Thank you!

Anyone else have any tips/advices/opinions??
