<p>I am currently enrolled at the UMD as a Freshman, and my cumulative GPA is a 4.0. I just retook the SAT's and will most likely score between 1320-1350/1600. I have strong professor recommendations and strong essays. I don't have any particularly spectacular extracurriculars, but I did recently start an Online Retail business. I am starting to develop some contacts with wholesalers, and will officially start retailing in about 2 weeks. Therefore, I may or may not be able to mention it on my application. Do I have any shot at Wharton or NYU Stern?</p>
<p>Yeah, you definitely have a shot with a 4.0 from UMD. Transfer to Penn is tough, but worth a try. I know quite a number of people who transferred in from UW-Madison, U of Vermont, and Tufts.</p>
