Transfer: will it be more difficult this year for OOS?

Anyone have an idea of the prospects for OOS transfer students this year?

While it seems the higher OOS tuition would make these students attractive to UO, it sounds like it will be a more competitive year because many California students are looking outside of CA for alternate choices, with UO being mentioned frequently.

In past years, what has been the GPA range of accepted transfer students? How much might this shift upward this year?

I don’t know a lot about policies/stats for transfer students. But I do know that Oregon really likes OOS students so that helps your odds. Good luck!

What about Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program for California residents? I see U of O is a participating member. My understanding is that this program can reduce OOS tuition, not exactly equaling that of an in-state resident, but every little bit helps.
