Transfer with credits from more than one school?

Hi I currently live in Texas and am going to attend a community college here, but after a year I want to attend a ccc. Will i still get priority while transfering to a UC with both schools under my belt?

If you live in California for a year, you become a resident and I guess you could say California Community College students do get priority when applying to UCs. I don’t think having taken classes from another college would affect you (unless you’re not a CCC student or have not become a CA resident, in which case you would be out-of-state, in which case you would probably - don’t take my word for it - have to work harder), just as long as you transfer those units.

yes as long as you take your classes at a CCC during the fall and spring semesters prior to transferring. You dont have to be a CA resident to get the priority. That is why so many international students come to CCC to transfer.
