I am applying to about six California universities for Fall 07 semester but i may need to move to California sooner than I planned, like spring 07. I am not too excited about the idea of attending a community college, which I believe is my only option at such short notice. I am applying to some UCs so I was just wondering if I would qualify for their priority as a ccc student. My three semesters of grades would all be at an out-of-state university but my current school at decision time would be a ccc. Anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance.

I believe if you apply as an OOS then thats the pool they will judge your application in.
