I got into McGill for this year (I'm a freshman) and almost went, but decided for some stupid reasons to go to Boston College instead. Now that I realize my mistake, I want to apply for next year.

US student
High school GPA: 4.17/5 weighted
All honors courses
10 APs, nine 5s, one 4
1510 on the SAT (took it twice, 800M/710V and then 750M/760V)
I really slacked off second semester of senior year, though, and got a C- in one class and not-so-good grades (don't think there were any Cs, though) in most other classes.

I have no clue how I'll do here at BC, but I'm guessing low-mid 3ish GPA. This semester I'm taking orgo chem, molec cell bio, intro to econ and art history, and no idea what I'll take after that.

Anyways, I have no idea about how transfers at McGill are like. Do I have a reasonable chace of geting in? Should I count on it? Thanks.

edit: For those who transferred from US schools to McGill second year, how was the adjustment like? Did your social lives suffer because of the missed first year?
